My experience in real estate has been as a professional since May 2004.

My main expertise is with Delavan Lake condos, cottages and lake properties but I also sell properties in the greater Geneva Lakes area.

I am from the state of Washington but I have lived in Louisiana, New York City, England, Texas, Illinois, and Wisconsin which gives me the experience of knowing the needs, stresses, joys and challenges of buying and selling a home.

My husband's family have been summer residents of Delavan Lake since 1954.

After raising our two sons in Seattle for 18 years, we returned home to experience having a home in Winnetka/Northfield, IL and the Delavan Lake house. In 1991 we moved full-time to the Lake. We now are blessed with four generations of Goethals living near the Lake.

In 2004 we changed our residence from the Lake to acreage with woods and wildlife about ½ mile west of the Lake.

These experiences have given me an expanded understanding of the needs and desires of the generations in our community, which I feel will benefit you as my client or customer as we work together to find the Wisconsin experience you may be looking for.
