An elegant five course meal in a upscale casual setting. First course starts off with a Greek dish of Shrimp Spanakopita with Cuttlefish Ink and it is pared with a Boutari Moschofilero, Mattinia 2002. The Boutari is a fresh white wine with intense floral and fruity bouquets dominated by rose, melon and citrus. Well-balanced with an intense floral and fruity bouquet dominated by the aromas of white rose, melon and citrus. A fresh wine with intense flavors and long aromatic aftertaste of orange blossom and grapefruit. And that is only the start of your tour. Veal Ossobuco over Porcini Risotto from Italy, Kiwi Sorbet from Turkey, Beef Tenderloin from France and Chocolate Flan from Spain will complete the dinner mix with each course being paired with a special wine from each country. $55 per guest plus tax and gratuity.
