What can I purchase for 200-250K around Lake Geneva?

Hi Margaret, I enjoyed your property descriptions in and around the Lake Geneva area... I have a condo in LakeShore Village that we have enjoyed tremendously! At this time, however, we are in the process of looking for a renter with a 1 or 2 yr lease... The address in 709 S Lake Shore Dr, Unit C...it is a first floor location, with 2 bedrms, 2 baths, in unit washer/dryer and a one car attached garage. There is a patio with a gorgeous yard view....And of course, within walking distance of the lake and Main St.....
