It's perfectly OK for you to be #1 on the list

What is your new year’s resolution? What is the one goal you’ve promised yourself you would not break? Is it obtainable? Is it realistic? Is there a time frame? What if we just go back to the basics? Could you let relax after a long day without feeling guilty? Could you not answer the phone during dinner? Can you read to your kids at least 10 minutes every day? Can you look at your kids when they are trying to talk to you without glancing at your computer?

I believe the number one concern we all have is the inability to put ourselves first. When we shine everything else falls into place. Before your feet hit the ground in the morning tell yourself. You are in control of your day and write down a few things you’re grateful for. After you write what you’re grateful for, read them again and again and add to the list daily. Give yourself permission to be first and remove the guilt from your mind. Because guilt does not live here anymore. Dedicate and Enjoy 15 minutes of exercise first thing in the morning. Re-route your success. . Try this for seven days and I bet you won’t stop because you’ll start to feel & believe “you deserve it”. Email me your success story! Congratulations on yourself achievement.
