Three Year Delavan Lakefront Comparison
Year-to-year, sales of Delavan lakefront properties don’t seem too bad when we only compare 2009 to 2008.
Sales for the first nine months of 2009 were seven units compared to nine units for 2008. But go back one more year, and we see that sales in 2007 were 19 units for the first nine months, more than the next two years combined.
How does this compare in dollars?
For 2009, we have total Delavan Lakefront sales of $7,575,000.
For 2008, we had a total of $6,786,900 in sales for.
But for 2007, the total sales were $19,687,680.
Again, more than the next two years combined.
