Elkhorn - Keefe is dominating the Sellers and the Buyers in this town!
It is getting to be that time of year when we look back over the last 12 months to see how we have measured up to past numbers or even current conditions. I have to say what a difference a year makes! In 2009 there are a total of 79 sales in the $225,000 (1/1/2009 to 12/10/2009) or under price range vs. the 64 sales closed for the same time frame and criteria in 2008. Keefe is dominating with 31% of the sellers and we are also leading with 32% of the closed buyers. What does that mean to you? Buyer or Seller – Keefe is working hard in your area.
