Listing Activity Increases on Delavan Lake

Six new properties have come on the market this week with lake frontage or access on Delavan Lake. The properties range from an $80,500 cottage to a $1,350,000 newly constructed lake home.

At the cottage level, you can obtain a one bedroom, one bath starter, that needs a bit of work but has access to a swim pier and boat launch for $80,500.

Moving up from there is a four bedroom, two bath home with a wooded lot, swim pier and beach area for $199,900.

Next is a two bedroom, two bath condo with lake views and an assigned boat slip on North Shore Drive for $385,000.

The lakefronts start at $575,000 for a two bedroom, two bath, recently remodeled home on North Shore Drive. This is one of the best value properties available on the market.

The two premium properties are next to each other off of Willow Point Drive. One is $1,295,000 for a four bedroom, three bath home on 85 feet of lakefront. The other is $1,350,000 for a four bedroom, three bath, new construction on 55 feet of frontage.
