Identifying Foreclosures and REO Properties
Recently our MLS (Metro Multiple Listing Service) implemented a way for brokers to identify Foreclosure / REO properties; customers have been inquiring on how they can search our website and find a “list” of these properties initially without contacting an agent. We have implemented a link on our site that shows these listings; our only limitation at this time is that we can only show our own (Keefe Real Estate) Foreclosure / REO properties and not other broker's listings. As I write this message we have Foreclosure / REO properties in Walworth, Kenosha, and Racine counties, ranging in price from $48,500 to the low $200,000s. This inventory continues to change daily, so if you're in the market and would like to be kept informed on new properties that come on the market, please contact us.
