Condo Sales in Fontana WI
In September, it was a slow month for condo sales in Fontana, WI. We had one condo sell in Fontana which was an Abbey Villa. This brings the grand total to 24 condos that have sold in Fontana for 2010. We have had: 1 Abbey Con-hotel, 2 Abbey Harbor Boat Slips, 3 Abbey Hill, 14 Abbey Springs, 2 Abbey Villas, 1 Mill Street and 1 Fontana Shores condos sell.
For the same period of time in 2009 we had 15 condos sell and they were all at Abbey Springs. It is nice to see sales in 2010, for our second home market!
One of the reasons we have seen sales in the condo market is that the sellers are becoming more realistic in pricing. The sale to list price is 93% for 2010. Buyers know what they want and know a good price. If you wo
