Foreclosure or Short Sale Buyer in Walworth County

Are you looking for a good deal or a bargain to purchase some real estate in Walworth County? Most likely you have decided to look at homes that have been Foreclosed on or a Short Sale in Walworth County.  

My question to you, are you a good candidate for these foreclosed or short sale homes? If takes a special person to purchase these homes. If you have a short time line to purchase or have difficulty with changing policy or conditions, you would not be a candidate for a short sale or foreclosed home in Walworth County.

As of today there is 33 homes that are in foreclosure, they are located in 16 different municipalities in Walworth County. We are seeing a home in Darien for sale at $35,900 to a home on Lake Benedict selling for $584,900. The number that I was pleased to see is that in Walworth County there are 20 homes with accepted offers!!

To give an example why the homes that have been foreclosed on are selling; this home in East Troy sits on 1 1/2 acres ranch home with a walkout has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms has new paint, new carpet and a new roof all for $264,500. What a great bargain!!
