There is two new owners at Abbey Springs, Fontana WI for the month of October. These lucky owners will have Abbey Springs amenities to use this Fall/Winter.
Abbey Springs has the right floor plan for you! If you are looking for a small, medium or large unit Abbey Springs can accommodate you. The floor plans go from 800 to 2,300 square feet. Here is the description of the three smallest units available.
The smallest condominium is know as the “Weekender”. The original floor plan of the Weekender is 600 square feet of living space. It consist of galley kitchen, living room, bedroom, study, bathroom and either a patio or balcony. The second floor has cathedral ceilings.
The “Holiday” unit is very poplar at Abbey Springs, we have seen five of these units sell this year. The Holiday Unit consist of 800 square feet with a patio, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage.
Another poplar floor plan is the “Lookout”. This floor plan has an open concept with a 1,000 square feet. It has a kitchen, dining, living room, bedroom, bath and a loft.
