Lake Geneva Lakefront Update

Another Lake Geneva Lakefront has been sold. This brings the grand total of 15 sold in 2010. 15 new owners on Geneva Lake!! Plus two lakefronts that have accepted offers. This is a good year for lake sales on Lake Geneva.
The sales on Geneva Lake range from $1,145,000 to $5,885,000 this year. This is telling us that we had entry level buyers and move up buyers. Lakefront sales are up from 2009 where there was 12 lakefronts sold and in 2008 13 sold.
On the south shore in Linn Township we have a beautiful Tudor that is for sale known as “Oak Shores”. Oak Shores sits on 2 1/2 acres with 181’ of level frontage to Lake Geneva.
