Powers Lake WI home sales
There have been 25 single family homes sold in the Powers Lake WI area thus far for 2010. The most recent sale was in the Randall Farm Estates, a rural subdivision, where there are classic upscale homes on ½ acre + lots. This particular home was a foreclosure being sold “as is” and the buyer got a great deal at $300,000.
The sold prices in the Randall WI municipality range from $39,500 to $2,400,000. The $2.4M sale was an impressive Orren Pickell built 5 bedroom/ 5.5 bath lake home resting on prime level frontage. Powers Lake is a 459 acre spring fed all Sport Lake offering a richer lake living experience and is only 15 minutes east of Lake Geneva.
