Condo Sales Update for Fontana, WI
Condominium sales in Fontana, WI are definitely on the uptick in 2010. A boat slip at the Abbey Harbor and Abbey Villa was added to the grand total of 29 condo units sold in Fontana for 2010. In 2009 we had 21 Fontana Condo units sell, that is up 27%!
The Abbey Villa sold for a premium price. Location, Location, Location is still King! This unit is located on the shores of the Abbey Marina with great views!
There have been three sales of the Abbey Villa’s in 2010 compared to zero sales in 2009. Plus three sales of the Abbey Marina boat slips known as docominium. We are seeing some of our second home buyers returning to the Lake Geneva lake area.
