Create an additional room for Spring!

Have you ever wondered what to do with the deck that is now worn from the sunlight and the snow of our winter?! Showings still scheduled and now you are left with either an eye sore or an opportunity!

First the deck… No matter what color your home is or what décor, a deck is made a wood and should look that way. Transparent stains show the wood grain underneath but who know how that will take and what color will come up. I suggest that you use an opaque stain and make it a great shade of brown. After your deck is stained and fully dry Check out the Out Door Area Rugs… placing this rug under your table and chair now designates this as a destination room in addition to your beautiful home.

Grill on Deck, Table set……You’re ready for your Showing.

When showing, make sure that your furniture, decking and grill all are in “ready to go fashion” so the buyer get the drift and all are Spotless.
