Abbey Springs Fontana, WI Market Update
For the month of May Abbey Springs in Fontana, WI has seen 3 sales bring the grand total of 7 condo/homes sold in 2010. We had 2 Alpine units sell in one day! I was lucky enough to be representing the Buyers of one of the sold Alpine Units. The Alpine’s sold for $305,000 and $310,000. For the third sale in Abbey Springs was a single family home for $549,000, this was also the list price.
We have 3 accepted offers in Abbey Springs that will be closing soon. The units are a Weekender, Holiday and Single Family home. This will leave us with 18 condos and 6 single family homes currently for sale.
