Shores of Delavan moving to concept
The Shores of Delavan development project is moving forward to the Town of Delavan Planning Commission with an updated proposal to create the largest subdivision ever in Delavan Township.
The 600-plus unit development will be north of Valencia Drive and adjacent to the Inlet of Delavan Lake. The proposed density of this development, one house for every .34 acres of land, will have more houses per square foot than any other subdivision in Delavan other than the Highlands which has had numerous flooding problems over the years.
The next meeting of the Planning Commission is Tuesday, July 6 at 7pm. The meeting will take place at the Town Hall located on Town Hall Road. The public is invited to show their support, concern or questions regarding this massive development.
