Walworth County Foreclosure Update

In Walworth County, we have 53 single family homes and 7 condominiums that have been foreclosed on, that are for sale. Out of the 53 foreclosed homes we have 3 with accepted offers and 14 that are pending.

There currently 39 single family homes and 7 condos that have been foreclosed on that are available in Walworth County. The price range of these foreclosed homes range from $39,900 to $699,800.

Very seldom do you find a lake front home in foreclosure, but we have one on Lake Benedict. This home sits on almost an acre of land with water frontage.  It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 

If you are looking for a country setting and new construction, there is a home for sale with 7.61 acres with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in foreclosure. I am sure that we have a foreclosed home that will meet your needs.

Foreclosed homes are great bargains! We had 2 foreclosed homes sell in Walworth County last week. One was located in Lake Geneva.  It was assessed for $136,500 and sold for $70,000. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The second home is located in Genoa City with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 2 car garage. This home sold for $127,500!
