Sales Stall Leads to Delavan Lake Price Reductions
With sales of Delavan Lakefront properties stalling out since June of 2010, prices have now started a downward movement.
Sellers of prime lakefront homes have been offering discounts of $10,000 to $50,000 off recent listing prices.
One example is at 2096 Lake Trail Drive. This large four bedroom newer construction with 159 feet of frontage on Delavan Outlet has been reduced from $830,000 to $799,000. The home features wood floors, a gourmet kitchen, expansive deck, soaring fireplace and granite counters.
I expect similar discounts to follow.
