Elkhorn WI Foreclosure Means a New Home for One Happy Couple
Sometimes the stars really do line up and buyers are able to purchase a wonderful home at a great foreclosure price.
Such was the case last week when I closed on a 2 bedroom/2 bath ranch condo in Harvest Pointe, Elkhorn, Wisconsin. The condo had new carpeting, tile floors in the kitchen, foyer and bathrooms, was freshly painted, has a full basement and a two-car garage. The sales price of $119,900 reflected a $15,000 price decrease from the price at the time the original offer was written – so although it would appear to be a full priced sale, the buyer was happy to getting a very good value.
