Twin Lakes WI Lake Front Year - End Sales for 2010
Twin Lakes WI Lake Front Year-End Sales for 2010 had quite a unique range of sale prices. Twin Lakes consist of Lake Mary which is 315 acres & Lake Elizabeth which is 638 acres. The Twin Lakes are spring fed all sport recreation lakes. Lake Mary had the lowest asking priced true lake front home & it sold for $200,000.00 (location on pictured map). There were a total of 7 MLS sales with one private sale. (That I’m aware) The private sale was on Blackhawk Trail which included a single family home with Lake Frontage & a vacant lake front adjacent buildable lot.
