Country Fairways Condos in Fontana Wisconsin- Designed to Sell
When there are 84 condos for sale in the Village of Fontana currently– you have to weigh the pros and cons of doing the updates versus going “as is.” Doing some simple cosmetics can transform a sow into a siren. My point is illustrated below:

Great job Stacy. Yet tell the sellers I really liked their colors, the red kitchen, etc. But to sell they absolutely did the right thing, very tasteful. I'll do my best to show it again with it's new look.
