The latest technology in virtual tours for your home for sale in WI

With the April showers soon bringing the May flowers, doesn’t it sound great to have a virtural tour so innovative you can literally smell the flowers? Click Here to check out the new “Scratch ’N Sniff” home tour.

I really do take marketing homes seriously, but I hope you got a chuckle out of that one.

I have been experimenting with a new video program which does allow me to enhance my listings to highlight the seasons. Here is a tour I created for a home for sale at Lauderdale Lakes in Elkhorn. This house is already adorable and being sold completely furnished so you can move right in and this new marketing tool is getting a lot of attention.

With the majority of our buyers starting their search for Wisconsin real estate for sale online, it is important to have an agent who will promote your house with a lot of great photos, visual tours and maximum internet exposure. We never know which marketing tool will be the one to get your buyer’s attention. I have updated my website, created a facebook business page and am even beginning to Twitter!
