Spring has arrived, and with it comes the celebration of the arrival of the elusive Morel Mushroom. Join the Lake Geneva School of Cooking on select dates in May for Morel Mushroom Mania. They will guide you through preparing a fabulous four-course meal showcasing the Morel. Begin your class with sparkling wine and Parmigiano Popovers. Chef John Bogan and his staff will provide you with everything you need.
