Day 54: Things to Do in Lake Geneva 365 Days a Year- Dog Day in the Bay this Weekend!

Looking for a family friendly event that will please kids (and dogs) of all ages? Williams Bay, Wisconsin is hosting the 3^rd Annual “Dog Day in the Bay” walk this Saturday at 11 a.m.

The “pups on parade” will start at 11 a.m. in Edgewater Park, just east of the intersection of Geneva Street and Hwy 67. Sponsored by the Williams Bay Business Association, “Dog Day in the Bay” includes a parade (costumes encouraged for your canine friends) and pet care resources and snacks will be available. Preregistration is required ($5 in advance and $6 at the door) and 50% of the proceeds raised will be donated to Lakeland Animal Shelter. Located west of Lake Geneva, Williams Bay is a charming lakefront village offering a public marina, lakefront children’s park, and numerous restaurants. One of our family favorites for breakfast is “Daddy Maxwell's” Diner where you can enjoy mile high pancakes, fresh omelettes, and a lot of local chatter!
