Realty in wi. As I was standing in line I couldn’t help, but notice the buzz thought-out the Starbucks in Lake Geneva WI off Center Street. There was such a variety of individuals, poised and low key people who oozed with celebrity style, savvy business clientele and the teenagers drinking their 1st cup of coffee with their quiet giggles, which makes me, think how “did I get so serious”. It reminded me of the buzz I feel of today’s wi realty. I always knew there would be a time it would spring back up. In short wi realty is in such an upswing. It’s time to rejoice! In the luxury lakefront market an impeccable lake home on sylvan lane located in the Buena Vista subdivision on the shores of Geneva Lake just sold in 28 days at full price for 1.495M and a well built home in the village of twin lakes WI just sold above asking price at $187,900.00. My personal experience this week is I am selling 7 acres with 600’ of lake frontage on Camp Lake, an all sport spring fed lake, that is bank owned. There was a price adjustment on 6/6 and I received an offer shortly after that. I phoned another buyer, who was very interested & said now is the time. Buyer #2 who didn’t think the bank would act quickly said I’ll be out “Saturday” many days beyond the price reduction & days after the offer. I phoned him yesterday and sadly passed on the banks decision that that the bank wasn’t waiting for him and accepted buyer #1’s offer. The mood of the real estate market has changed in such a positive direction and the values are there. The purchaser recognizes the value that is set before them. The consumers are showing confidence and the sellers are taking the highest & best offers without hesitation. Don’t wait now is the time to buy wi real estate.
