The Barrett Memorial Library in Williams Bay is having their annual Book and Basket Sale this Saturday, July 2nd from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the library’s lower level.

The event is being organized by the Friends of the Library. Join the Friends Group and you will have an opportunity to shop early on Friday, July 1st from noon to 4:00 p.m. Contact the library for details.

Thousands of gently used books and a collection of "boutique books" will be available for sale. The group will also be conducting a silent auction of theme baskets.

Why not make a morning of it and have breakfast while you are in the Bay? The Williams Bay Lions Club is sponsoring a Pancake Breakfast at Edgewater Park from 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Head on over and enjoy a nice breakfast either before or after you pick up some new reading material at the library. Tickets are $7.00 for adults and $4.50 for children 12 and under, and breakfast includes pancakes, sausage and a beverage.
