Delavan Lakefront Property - Great buys on the water!
Dreaming about days spent with a fishing line in the water, the sun on your shoulders, your boat on the water, and your cottage in the back ground? That dream is more affordable this year for Delavan lakefront property!
There are currently 37 homes for sale on the shorelines of Delavan with a price range of $445,000 to $2.5M. I know – you are looking at that $2 million number thinking “affordable”?! When you are comparative shopping other lakes such as Geneva Lake – you get so much more bang for your buck. Keep in mind that 25 of those lakefront offerings on Delavan are under $1 million, and the average closed sale is under $600,000 for 2011.
