Day 109 of 365 Things To Do in Lake Geneva, WI: Eco Fair 360

Posted to 365 Things to Do in Lake Geneva, Area Attractions & Events, Geneva Lake Area

Learn about all things green at the 2nd annual Eco Fair 360 this Friday, July 8th through Sunday, July 10th at the Walworth County Fairgrounds in Elkhorn. The fair promises over 200 exhibitors, speakers, demonstrations and workshops with topics ranging from organic gardening and recycling to options for alternate energy.

Mom and Dad, make sure that you check out the Kids Zone offering fun and informative programs teaching children about recycling, composting and the water cycle, along with hands on activities including making a take-home mini ecosystem and using recycled paper and crayons for art projects.

Don’t miss stopping at the Food Building where you can pick up snacks, breakfast and lunch items provided by Yuppy Hill Farms and Larducci Pizzaria. Enjoy pulled pork sandwiches, hamburgers, pizza, salads and grilled portabella sandwiches, and what trip to the fairgrounds is complete without a fresh squeezed lemonade?

Tickets are $7.00/day for adults, $4.00/day for children ages 6-12 and children under 6 are free. Parking at the fairgrounds is $5 per day, but as an incentive to reduce emissions all bicycles, hybrid and electric cars are free.
