Rentals - Walworth County Upscale rental options are available!

Relocating from another part of the country? Maybe the move you are making is from an apartment to a single family home, and you are not sure you want all the responsibility. Could it be that you would like to buy, but your credit still needs some work? Whatever the reason you want to rent instead of buy – there are options available.

How can I view some of the rentals choices? That is an easy one – just check out the Keefe website under rentals. You will see an up-to-date list of what we still have available for long term leasing. There are single family homes and condos in a variety of areas that include Elkhorn, Fontana, Geneva National, Williams Bay, and Lake Geneva. Not seeing anything that suits your needs? In addition to those opportunities – there are some sellers out there that might consider a lease with option or land contract for those folks that have money down. You will want to contact a real estate professional to navigate your way down that avenue.
