The Village of Bristol, WI
The Village of Bristol Wi has a sought after community called Chaucer Woods’s and it’s within walking distance from Bristol grade school. This location is ideal for those who want green open space that won’t be developed upon. Chaucer Woods has an architectural committee which provides security for the home owner who now can be confident that their home in comparison to their neighboring homes will be similar size, materials and worth. The children in the neighbor are
carefree as they ride their bikes and play hopscotch. The sense of community that Chaucer Woods can offer has a touch of rural without being too far from shopping, dining and entertainment. Most of the remaining 15 lots are an exquisite example of tranquility. The treed parcels are just under a ½ acre and all offer pleasant views. The Chaucer community has their own private walking trail and park. The Village of Bristol Wi has a farmer’s market, car shows and of course the famous Bristol Renaissance Faire.
