Kayaking from Lake Geneva Beach
Kayaking from Lake Geneva Beach is an absolute blast at any age. I was convinced it would take a lot of muscle to move, but I was so wrong. You get into a rhythm and the views of Geneva Lake take your mind away from any worries you may have had. In my opinion I couldn’t picked a better day, week day because it was quiet and peaceful. We rented the tandem kayaks at Clear Water in downtown Lake Geneva wi (a five minute walk to Lake Geneva beach). The rental cost was $55.00 per tandem kayak with a time limit of two hours. We departed from the boat launch area on Wrigley Drive, across from the Baker Street Restaurant, and kayaked to Big Foot Beach and then back to Wrigley Drive. Next time I will travel in the opposite direction towards Covenant Harbor because I really like that side of the lake. I think everyone should try kayaking from Lake Geneva Beach.
