Restaurants in Lake Geneva WI – Simple!

Posted to

Lake Geneva WI Restaurants offer a wide variety of dining choices for visitors and locals alike.  One of the newer additions is Simple, at 525 Broad Street, offering breakfast and lunch seven days a week.  The owners were inspired by Barbara Kingsolver ‘s Book, “Animal, Vegetable, Miracle” which promotes stewardship of natural resources.

To that end, owners Lori and Tom Hartz focus on simple, healthy offerings, using local farmers and purveyors whenever possible.  The results are a tantalizing variety of seasonal omelets, pancakes, crepes, soups and salads which will surely satisfy each diner’s tastes, including the kids!

Once you’ve enjoyed the meal, stop in next door to The Sweet House of Madness, the Hartz’s newest endeavor.  Continuing the theme of simple, sustainable and local, the bakery features pastries, artisan breads, cakes, tarts, tortes, and wedding and special occasion cakes.

Be sure to make Simple one of your dining destinations.
