Day 131 of 365 Things To Do in Lake Geneva, WI: Lake Geneva Symphony Orchestra Summer Series

Posted to 365 Things to Do in Lake Geneva, Area Attractions & Events, Geneva Lake Area

The Lake Geneva Symphony Orchestra will be performing a free concert in Flat Iron Park this Thursday evening, August 4th at 7:00 p.m. The orchestra plans to perform a mix of favorites including Tchaikovsky’s Waltz from Sleeping Beauty, Strausses’ Blue Danube and Leroy Anderson’s Waltzing Cat.

The Lake Geneva Symphony Orchestra is a non-profit community arts organization that is made up of volunteer musicians. Most of the members are from the Walworth County area, but there are a number of musicians that come from the Madison, Kenosha and Janesville areas as well.

Plan to spend a beautiful evening on the shores of Geneva Lake being entertained by one the area’s most talented group of performers. Bring your lawn chairs or a blanket. The evening promises to be memorable.
