Silver Lake, WI - 14th annual Easter Egg Hunt
The Easter Bunny is hiding over 800 eggs this year at Silver Lake’s Schmalfeldt Park. The fun begins at 11am on Saturday March 27th. (The rain date is April 3rd).
This event is for the fun & imaginative age group of 3 to 6 year olds. Mr. Bunny will be arriving on a shiny red fire engine (courtesy of Fire Chief Scott Barnes and Trustee Dick Maron).
The little tikes limits are three eggs each; this will ensure everyone gets some colorful and treat filled eggs. Some eggs will be stuffed with super special treats too. Silver Lake is only 15 minutes East of Geneva Lake. Please join in on the fun.

Green Bay is a 4 hr +/- trip from Kenosha or Walworth County. Although it may be a long drive, it sounds very interesting and meaningful. This event will include 15 hands on workshops, specialty speakers and over 80 concurrent discussion sessions about our most precious resource - our shore lands and shallows. The convention is being held at the KI Convention Center and you can register online.

The 2010 Census
The time is near and please schedule yourself to an appointment to fill out your Census form. Your response is truly important because your community will get their fair share of government funds for highways, schools, health facilities and many other programs you and your neighbors need. Without a complete and acute census, your well deserved community may not receive its fair share. For more information on help for completing your 2010 Census, go to www.2010census.gov.
