Born and raised in the Geneva Lakes Area of S.E. Wisconsin (Elkhorn) as the son of a prominent local architect and grandson of a real estate developer, I have been engaged in construction and real estate development my entire life. I began my professional real estate sales career in 1989 as the first on-site real estate sales agent for Geneva National Golf Club in Lake Geneva, WI where I learned the fundamentals of resort home sales, marketing, construction and development through on-site experience, training and professional sales seminars. Joining Keefe Real Estate, Inc. in 1993 I have furthered my career by expanding my focus to include all types of recreational properties and investments and providing first class service to the resort home buyer and seller.

I specialize in the sale of Lakefront, Golf, and Resort Home properties in the Lake Geneva Area as well as Development Consulting. I am primarily focused on the lake areas of Lake Geneva, Lauderdale Lakes, Lake Beulah, Delavan Lake, Powers Lake, Potters Lake, Phantom Lake, Twin Lakes and Whitewater Lake. I am consistently a top producer at Keefe Real Estate, averaging $20MM-30MM per year in sales, and have participated in and negotiated over 350 waterfront transactions with career sales in excess of $250 Million Dollars.
