In the last decade, Keefe Resort Rentals has grown and evolved in correlation to the ever-changing rental market to include vacation rental and long-term rental properties throughout Walworth County. These properties include privately owned condos, townhouses, and homes, some to include resort amenities.

Our office is centrally located in Lake Geneva, WI with two dedicated, full-time rental experts, Sharon Clark and Jennifer Berndt to assist you in marketing your property and conduct customized property searches. Our guests are serviced with a customized search for their rental needs. We accommodate for those looking for a fully furnished vacation rental with all of the comforts of home, fully-stocked kitchen and linen items as well as outdoor patio entertainment complete with grill. Guests can expect a clean and ready home upon arrival as well as all of the information they need about the area attractions and dining. The long-term rental services provide both furnished and unfurnished accommodations and customized searches specific to occupancy, budget, and school district needs. Pets are not a problem as several owners are more than willing to accommodate for a pet friendly stay. We have accommodations in Lake Geneva, Williams Bay, Fontana, Delavan/Darien, Elkhorn, Lauderdale, Twin Lakes, Linn, Lyons and resort communities of Abbey Springs and Geneva National.
Property owners are offered full-service rental management services. This covers a large spectrum of services, such as, marketing the unique amenities of your property, 24-7 emergency contact service, secured rental agreements, coordinate logistics for guest arrival/departure, tenant checklists, and generation of monthly owner statements.
