Condo Sales in Fontana WI Update

Posted to Shirley Coulman

In August we had 4 condos sales in Fontana, WI, which brings the total to 23 units sold in 2010. We had one Abbey Villa, one Abbey Con-Hotel and two Abbey Springs units sell. We have not had any Villas sell since 2008 or Con-Hotels since 2007!  This brings the running total to:

14 - Abbey Springs Condos/Single Family

3 - Abbey Hill

2 - Abbey Harbor (Boat Slips)

1 - Abbey Con-Hotel

1 - Abbey Villa

1 - Fontana Shore

1 - Mill Street

We have two condos in Fontana that have accepted offers. Yes, you are correct one of them is at Abbey Springs, the other one is an Abbey Villa. This Villa is a “foreclosure;” it was listed August 20th for $174,900. This is a great price for an Abbey Villa.  The Villa in August sold for $207,000. This is a far cry from the high $200,000’s to mid $300,000 in 2007!!

If you are looking for a condo in the Fontana WI area. … I am just a phone call 262-745-1885 or away!

P.S. Oh, by the way, if you know of someone that is thinking about buying or selling a home/condo in the near future, please give them my name and phone number. I will be sure to take very good care of them.
